This session will reveal the intricacies of COBRA and the Health Coverage Tax Credit extension provided by the Recovery Act and how to use these programs for workforce system customers. In addition, a representative from Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Francisco will provide information to help workforce staff understand the resources available to assist unemployed workers with credit, housing, and foreclosure challenges.
