Cecilia Rouse, President's Council of Economic Advisors - According to a report by the President's Council of Economic Advisers, the Recovery Act is projected to create or retain 3.5 million jobs by the fourth quarter of 2010. This plenary session examined projections and potential developments in the U.S. labor market.
