New and enhanced Re-employment and Eligibility Assessment grant awardsPosted by Amanda Shaffer - On July 31, 2009 (EST)Since the Department announced yesterday that 25 states would receive $26.5 million to create or enhance the Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment (REA) Initiative to help reemploy Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimants, I decided to resurrect some of the learnings (trust me, there's more if you come calling for it!) from the Recovery Forums and the Baltimore Reemployment Summit.
